layout issues.

OKAY so I'm trying to put up a new layout here, but I'm having so many issues.
If you are good with layouts, HELP!

If you look on my friends page, some of the icons are like.. off. Anyone know how to fix this?
Also, I can't figure out how to get my navigation bar back. I know everyone hates it, but for some odd reason, I find it helpful. So yeah.

eta: fixed the nav. bar... now just need help with the icon thing.
eta: I figured out that the icon is only off when there is no mood/music/location on the post. SERIOUSLY WTFSDLFJSLdkf
eta: okay for now, I'll just keep the layout how it normally is without my editing because this will bug me for HOURS AND HOURS. so yeah.
